As if the process of packing, getting to the airport, parking, checking in, going through security and squishing yourself into the ever-shrinking airplane seats isn't exhausting enough, there's the jetlag to deal with anytime you change a time zone! Here are a few tips to minimize the effects:
-Drink plenty of water, as lack of hydration is believed to be one of the leading causes of jetlag. -Try to sleep on the plane. A pillow, sleep mask and ear plugs can help with this. -Set your watch to local time. -Get some sun. Sunlight regulates your body's clock. -Avoid napping when you arrive. It's best to adjust to local time as best as you can so get out there and see the sights! Share the knowledge
